OpenSync Privacy Policy

OpenSync is a private, password-protected publishing tool at opensync.easyqa.net. Its owner uses it to publish their own content to their own social media accounts. Last updated October 30, 2026.

What OpenSync stores

Login tokens and the display name for each social account the owner connects, captions, schedule times, per-platform results and uploaded media files. OpenSync connects to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X and LinkedIn only through their official APIs, and only with the owner's approval.

How it is used

This data is used only to publish the owner's posts and show their status. It is not sold, used for advertising or shared with anyone other than the platform a post is sent to and Cloudflare, which hosts the service.

How long it is kept

Media files are deleted about an hour after publishing, or after 7 days at most. Post history stays until the owner deletes it. Login tokens stay until the owner disconnects the account, which removes them from OpenSync.
